WEBINAR Introduction to the Commissioning & Operational Readiness Assessment

The Next Step in Project Assurance for Capital Projects

It’s no secret that the transition from Construction to Operations is where the highest leakage of business value occurs.

In this webinar, Valency will introduce Carve for Commissioning and Operational Readiness – a standardized assessment methodology that enables organizations to quantify their transition readiness through each phase of Commissioning and Startup (CSU).

We will share how CII’s industry leading research on Commissioning and Startup has been put into practice, and how you can get started with the Commissioning & Operational Readiness assessment on your next project.

David Mills, Director of Consulting, Commissioning & Operational Readiness will walk through a case study study project using Carve for Commissioning & Operational Readiness software and we will discuss how you can get started and achieve immediate results with your projects and increase schedule certainty.
