PDRI Facilitation

Our team of Certified PDRI Facilitators are experts in facilitating Project Definition Rating Index (PDRI) assessments.  Our PDRI experience spans every template (sector-specific) published by CII, including:

Our team of Facilitators are experts in facilitating Construction Readiness Assessments.  We are experienced in conducting these assessments for manufacturing, mining, renewable, petrochemical, refining, pipeline, and infrastructure projects.

Commissioning & Operational Readiness Assessments

Our team of Facilitators are experts in facilitating Commissioning & Operational Readiness Assessments.  We are experienced in conducting these assessments for manufacturing, mining, renewable, petrochemical, and pipeline projects.

Our Facilitators follow a standard methodology to guide your project team through the assessment and identify gaps and hot spots that should be addressed before transitioning through each phase of commissioning.  We work closely with your project leaders to plan the optimal timing of each assessment based on your project delivery strategy and commissioning plan.

Quantitative Risk Analysis

Our team of Senior Risk Facilitators are internationally recognized leaders in Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA).  Our experience spans QRAs conducted for projects valued at over $75B in mining, renewals, petrochemicals, refining, pipelines and infrastructure. 

Our Senior Risk Facilitators provide decision-makers with a statistical view of the probability of achieving your commercial commitment date and completing your project within budget.  QRA engagements typically include both Cost Risk Analysis and Schedule Risk Analysis.

Our methodology is based on a team approach to collectively identify key project risk drivers and assign appropriate risk ranges to those specific uncertain cost estimate line items.
