Introduction to the Commissioning & Operational Readiness Assessment
The next step in project assurance for capital projects.
It’s no secret that the transition from construction to operations is where the highest leakage of business value occurs.

We will share how Construction Industry Institute’s (CII) industry leading research on commissioning and startup has been put into practice, and how you can get started with the Commissioning & Operational Readiness Assessment on your next project.
We will walk through a case study project using Carve for Commissioning & Operational Readiness and how you can achieve immediate results with your projects to increase schedule certainty.
