Learn how to use the Construction Readiness Assessment to prevent premature construction starts

This course introduces the principles of construction readiness and how to use CII’s Construction Readiness Assessment (CRA) to monitor project health and prevent premature construction starts.   Construction-ready projects outperform projects that are not ready, with up to 20% better cost performance and 21.5% better schedule performance. This methodology is used to assess readiness factors that are critical to ensuring projects are “construction ready” and achieve increased team alignment, identify gaps and risks, and objectively measure progress throughout the Execution phase of projects.  An interactive case study is used to provide participants with first-hand experience in how an effective CRA is conducted.

Participants will learn:

  • The Construction Readiness methodology and benefits
  • When to conduct an assessment
  • Roles, responsibilities and logistics to successfully assess readiness factors
  • Advanced assessment facilitation training
  • How to fully utilize findings from a construction readiness session
Focus Course on best practices in using the Construction Readiness Assessment

Who Should Attend Program Managers, Project Managers, Construction Managers, Construction Coordinators, Pre-Construction Leads, Project Controls Leads, Procurement Managers, Contract Managers, Quality Management, Commissioning Leads, Health & Safety professionals and others.
