Webinar – Risk Management for Project Managers
February 28 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Join us on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 – 2:00 pm EST
Learn best practices in risk management to dramatically improve performance of your capital projects
How can you improve scope definition and reduce project risk?
This webinar is designed for project managers involved in capital projects who are expected to manage project risk. This webinar will introduce CII’s suite of risk identification checklists and the application of CII’s risk register templates for qualitative risk management. Historically, projects under $20 million carry substantial risk, but the size of the project doesn’t warrant a full time risk manager. As a result, providing tools and skills to help project managers manage risk in a structured manner is extremely valuable.
The tools offered by CII are simple to use, and provide a structured methodology for managing risk.
You will identify, analyze, and address uncertainty throughout the project lifecycle and incorporate lessons learned and CII best practices related to risk management. You will apply risk management processes in a practical way to identify, communicate, and minimize risks.
